One-to-one fitness training

  • Personal training is the most effective way to improve your fitness. I use a variety of different equipment including a suspension trainer, kettlebells, free weights,bosu, olympic rebounders, gliders and the amazing outdoors of the Lake District.


  • Monday - 9.30am  Kettlercise with kettlebells. Build lean muscle - Kelsick Centre, Ambleside
  • Monday - 5.45pm - Fatburn Extreme 30 mins maximal interval training - Kelsick Centre, Ambleside.
  • Monday - 6.15pm - Bounce class. Rebounder workout, Kelsick Centre, Ambleside
  • Tuesday  -6pm - Running Sessions  at Wray Castle
  • Wednesday - 5.45pm - FBX 30 mins maximal interval training - Kelsick Centre, Ambleside
  • Wednesday - 6.15pm - Kettlercise Combat MX class. Great overall workout - Kelsick Centre, Ambleside.
  • Friday - 9.30am. Friday Fitness Class. Parish Centre, Ambleside


  • Classes - £5 per class. 6th class free with loyalty cards. Two classes on Mondays and Wednesdays count as one class
  • Personal training - £30per hour in Ambleside or £40 per hour outside of Ambleside and in the Lakes
  • 5% earnings donated to Nurture Lakeland.
