One-to-one fitness training

  • Personal training is the most effective way to improve your fitness. I use a variety of different equipment including a suspension trainer, kettlebells, free weights,bosu, olympic rebounders, gliders and the amazing outdoors of the Lake District.


 All classes except the ones below are now run by as I am focusing on Personal training and lecturing

  • Wray Running classes. Every Tuesday at 6pm from Wray Castle from March to October and check out the Wray Runners page on FB during the winter. Perfect for beginners and intermediate runners.
  • Gentle Exercise for the Over 50's through Age UK. Every Friday at 11am at the Parish Centre. £2.50
  • Walking for Health walks from Ambleside Health Centre every Tuesday at 12 noon. FREE. The walks usually last about 40 mins and often end up in a cafe!


  • Classes - £5 per class. 
  • Personal training - £30 per hour in Ambleside or £40 per hour outside of Ambleside and in the Lakes
