- Tuesday -6pm - Wray Running group. Meet at the Outgate Inn. Different routes every week.
- Wednesday - 6.15pm - Combat MX class. Great workout combining combat moves and kettlercise drills - Kelsick Centre, Ambleside.
- Friday - 9.30am. Friday Circuits. Different workout every week. Parish Centre, Ambleside
- Friday - 5.15pm. FBX Workout. Maximal training to truly elevate your fitness. Tough class. Great results.
- Classes - £5 per class. 6th class free with loyalty cards. Two classes on Mondays evenings count as one class
- Personal training - £30 per hour in Ambleside or £40 per hour outside of Ambleside and in the Lakes
