One-to-one fitness training

  • Personal training is the most effective way to improve your fitness. I use a variety of different equipment including a suspension trainer, kettlebells, free weights,bosu, olympic rebounders, gliders and the amazing outdoors of the Lake District.


  • Monday - 9.30am  Kettlercise with kettlebells. Builds lean muscle and a strong core. Kelsick Centre, Ambleside
  • Monday - 5.45pm - Six Track Workout. Six workouts focusing on upper body, cardio, and abs - Kelsick Centre, Ambleside.
  • Monday - 6.15pm - Bounce and Burn rebounding class. Low impact, high intensity fun workout. Kelsick Centre.
  • Tuesday  -6pm - Wray Running group. Meet at the Outgate Inn. Different routes every week.
  • Wednesday - 6.15pm - Combat MX class. Great workout combining combat moves and kettlercise drills - Kelsick Centre, Ambleside.
  • Friday - 9.30am. Friday Circuits. Different workout every week. Parish Centre, Ambleside
  • Friday - 5.15pm. FBX Workout. Maximal training to truly elevate your fitness. Tough class. Great results.


  • Classes - £5 per class. 6th class free with loyalty cards. Two classes on Mondays evenings count as one class
  • Personal training - £30 per hour in Ambleside or £40 per hour outside of Ambleside and in the Lakes
